Nerella is an Australian with over 20 years of international experience, having worked in business development and operations management in various countries. She is particularly passionate about promoting Australia as a viable business destination. As one of the core founders, she was a catalyst for the formation of CANZBA in 2001.

Tony Crossman is an Australian and a partner in the firm’s Vancouver office. Tony grew up in Australia obtaining his law degree and Masters degree there. He practiced law in Australia with a number of law firms (including one of Australia’s national law firms) before moving to Canada. Tony is admitted to practice in 3 jurisdictions in Canada – British Columbia, Nova Scotia and the Yukon Territory. He is a founding member, and is the secretary of the Canada Australia and New Zealand Business Association (Vancouver), based in British Columbia, which aims to foster trade and business between Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Tony has a wide range of legal experience in both litigation and corporate/commercial work. The Consulate, with a staff of 5, provides a full range of consular services to Australians residing or visiting Western Canada. As Manager, Austrade, Kevin is also responsible for Australia's trade promotion activities in Western Canada. Austrade, with 117 locations in 58 countries, is the Australian Government agency that assists Australian companies win overseas business for their products and services.
