| Biography: | James Taylor is an Australian and a solicitor in the Vancouver office of Miller Thomson LLP. James obtained his law degree in Australia and worked as a corporate

| Biography: | Robert Napoli in an Investment Manager at Vancity Capital and specializes in providing acquisition, succession and growth financing to mid-market companies through out British Columbia. Robert also covers regional BC and has extensive experience in the services, wholesale and retail trade, technology, energy and manufacturing sectors.

Robert has a young family with two boys under two. But in his few moments of spare time he is an active volunteer as a director the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) -Vancouver Chapter, and the Downtown Vancouver Association (DVA). Robert also contributes to his profession as a committee member on the Accounting Standard's Board Committee on Differential Reporting.

| Biography: | As the Owners Representative for Venue Development at VANOC, Ben is responsible for managing the Nordic Venue buildings and the Whistler Athletes Village for the 2010 Olympic and Para Olympic Games.
Ben established his local development expertise with MKT Arkle Development Management, where he was reposonsible for managing high-end commercial and institutional developments. He also has a range of international experience in development and construction. Ben worked in the UK as a Project Manager for Lend Lease Corporation, an international construction, development and real estate investment company. His projects included four of the companys key shopping centres ranging from 250,000 sqft to over 1,000,000 sqft.
Ben graduated with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1998. He is a triathlon coach at the Pacific Spirit Triathlon Club and a volunteer at many sporting events. |
